EZ Drive 300™
EZ-Drive 300 is a synthetic thermoplastic resin that is specifically designed to increase installation efficiency by serving as an ergonomic assembly aid. It is used to reduce installation torques on thread forming fasteners such as Trilobular*, Taptite*, Taptite II*, and Taptite 2000* and others in turn reducing worker fatigue while increasing productivity.
Description:
- EZ-Drive 300 is a factory pre-applied product that stays in place, is dry to the touch and is unaffected by exposure to lubricants, dust, and normal shipping conditions.
Applications:
- EZ-Drive 300 reduces factory assembly torque used in automotive door, steering column, seat and seat belt assemblies, as well as large household appliances, offroad, farm and construction equipment.
